General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
8. Due to the risk of damage/loss to racks and cages being shipped back and the significant loss of our initial shipping and packing expenses we can not accept returns on these items. Racks and cages are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If there has been damage to your shipment in transit please inform us immediately. Pictures of the damages may be required and please save ALL packing material until you have contacted us-It may be required for a claim. Refund or replacement of the damaged product will be at Herptastic Reptiles discretion.
9. The consumer ABSOLUTELY MUST use an appropriate thermostat with ALL heat tape and heat panels. The consumer is also responsible for the installation and maintenance of these products. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNREGULATED HEATING PRODUCTS IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.
10. Refunds - Our official policy is NO REFUNDS - at our sole discretion we may offer a refund, in part or in full, all refunds if offered will be less a restocking fee of no less than 5% if your item has been manufactured and a transaction fee of no less than 3% or $1 in all circumstances. 
11. Designs and Intellectual Property.  Any and all custom designs made by Herptastic Reptiles et al on behalf of our customers shall remain the exclusive property of Herptastic Reptiles.
